The Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of Picanol nv of March 16, 2020, has approved the introduction of a loyalty voting right in accordance with article 7:53 BCCA. LIFO Principle
In case of a request to convert nominative shares into dematerialized shares, Picanol Group will apply the LIFO Principle (Last In, First Out). The latest entries into the register of nominative shares thus will be converted first.
Notification
Shareholders whose voting rights in Picanol Group surpass the threshold of 5 % and each multiple of 5 %, in either direction, are required to notify the Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) (TRP.Fin@fsma.be) and Picanol Group (corporatecommunication@picanol.be).
